Do not do any business with this company! This is by far the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a commercial dishwasher from Philip Roger at this company, and they promised a 6-month warranty. However, the machine started having issues after just one week of use and completely broke down within a month. A technician diagnosed it as unrepairable. We purchased a dishwasher from Phillip Roger Rossignol. A few weeks after the purchase, the machine broke down. Since then, this person has completely disappeared and has provided no after-sales support whatsoever. I am now preparing to pursue legal action.
What an awesome group of people. Everyone there was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We are not from Regina and aren’t familiar with the city. They offered us a great restaurant recommendation and went out of their way to do us a huge favor! Highly recommend Philip and Dawn!!
