Former employee POV: the CEO (Mr. Gupta) is friendly and does great things for his employees! BUT I wish I could say the same of SOME staff and management. If you have to work for Matt Robison...unfortunately it's not worth taking the position and coming into work 40+hrs a week dealing with a cold, unfriendly, manager who doesn't speak. Otherwise the environment is good and some of the employees are welcoming.
