We worked with Josh Hric at Retaining Wall and Paving Solutions to build a retaining wall to help level our backyard. From the very beginning, Josh exceeded our expectations. I hired RWS to replace a failed retaining wall in my backyard back in 2015. They did a great job removing the old wall and building the new one in only 2 days. Unfortunately part of the wall was taken out by water in a big storm. Thankfully RWS honored their 10 year warranty and rebuilt the destroyed section, even adding a drain to mitigate any future issues which was excellent! Only reason for 4 stars over 5 is that we had to wait around 11 months to get the warranty work completed.
We hired this company in May of 2021 to replace a retaining wall. The initial encounters and quote were all great. We paid the required $500 deposit to get on the schedule but were told that due to COVID and the worker shortage of the time, the wait would be 12-18 months. We were OK with that believing the excuse and the quality of the company. It has now been over 26 months of waiting to get the job completed. Josh, the salesperson, has been extremely unresponsive. I had an encounter with one of your employees (bearded, orange shirt, white pickup with your logo on side) this morning on 270 while driving my kids to school. He tailgated me, then speeded by me to tailgate two other drivers, making lane changes without signalling and with little space between cars. This all happened between the Tesson Ferry and Gravois exits, culminating with him crossing from the far side of the highway to the exit in short order without signalling.
