We have used Retainer Club for our 2 grandchildren for the last 3 years. The issue I have is: we moved and I changed out address on the website. However, the next retainer went to the old address. I called Customer Service and was told "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". They said that I changed address on Dec 3 and they say that the retainer was "in production on Nov 28".
