Crappy quality. Retainer cracked after only 4 months and they want me to pay 300.00 for a new one that might last another 4 months???

I canceled my subscription due to the inconsistent plastics used in their retainers. Some were overly thick and rigid, and when I reported a poor fit, I was sent a replacement made from a completely different material. This lack of quality control is unacceptable, especially for the subscription cost. I do not recommend this company, and my orthodontist has also stopped using their service after hearing about my experience and similar feedback from other patients.
