I was recommended by my orthodontist to this company and every time I use their services I never receive my retainers on time, which caused my teeth to shift. The website is filled with bugs, orders are never processed timely and the customer service is subpar.
I contacted them through chat regarding an update to my account. Henry was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly gave me all the information I needed.
