I’ve rented with this company for about a year, and it’s been a very frustrating experience. From the start, issues were never properly addressed. A missing screen was never replaced, snow removal was poor, and I had damage done that they refused to take responsibility for. Read and understand the laws and tenants' rights, An Inspection is supposed to have at least a seven-day notice, you (Retain) have claimed that we apparently got a notice earlier this week, it states in the list of Tenants' Rights, you (Retain) are required to give all the tenants' of any property that is under your (Retains) ownership/care a proper seven-day notice before anytime a landlord or Inspector arrives to any unit. Also, we never had gotten this apparent seven-day notice whatsoever.
