Got 4 cartridges refilled at Costco. Didn't work for my HP4620 printer. Costco won't help sand HP won't help because its not their ink cartridge. Inkjet411 gave me a few unsuccessful tips and sent me on my way with a $30 loss and ink I can't use. They said they were baffled and it was unlikely I'd get any more assistance. This was from their help dept.! I was suppose to save money not lose money!! Thanks for nothing!!
