The PT’s are NWPT were very knowledgable and helpful during my appointments after another failed fusion back surgery. They were able to help strengthen my core muscles and legs muscles which had been weakened by my sedentary pre and post surgery recovery. They have given me the stretching and exercises that will help me as I continue to recover and reduce my chronic back pain. I highly recommend them. The entire staff is welcoming and encouraging!
Eastside goes through PT people quickly, making the quality of care inconsistent. After going through the initial evaluation, I was handed off to a college graduate to provide PT treatment. The PT lead then left, and I had to start over. Eastside then billed me again for a new assessment, which insurance declined. After attempting to resolve this, they insisted I pay or they submit to collections. I'm now disputing collection agencies. Avoid them at all costs. They can't keep their people and they just run the numbers throug... read more
Tried to get an appointment. Was told about Covid protocols. Then asked if the PT was vaccinated for Covid. Was told that he did not want to give out that information....????? Really???? Cancelled my scheduled appointment. Will go somewhere that protects their patients and are willing to reassure them with facts.....not asking for personal history, only verification of status that has the potential to affect my health.
