Roadhouse omelette was fantastic, pancakes were great, service was amazing. View was amazing, mountains and 10 bald eagles.
Overpriced bland food. Tourist trap. Beautiful views. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. Hopefully this review saves someone from going.
Mixed service. When it’s good… it’s good, but when it’s bad — it’s very bad. We ate here about three times. First was dinner and they gave away our outdoor seat reservation away, despite being early to the reservation. They didn’t care to accommodate. The fries were cold and the hamburger was dry and flavorless. This restaurant relies on a captive audience who are staying in the attached hotel with their bus tours. Avoid.
We had a wonderful breakfast at Resurrection Roadhouse! The food was delicious, but what really made the experience stand out was our waiter, John. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond by sharing great local tips for places to see and eat during our travels. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping visitors have a great experience in Alaska. Thanks, John, for starting our day off so well!
