I brought my iPhone 6+ & macbook pro to this business. I was greeted with respect and a friendly demeanor by Mr. Zeid. He advised my computer and phone will be brought to life. I explained my experiences with my repairs and I was convinced that it will be done correctly. 6 days later, I received a call letting me know my devices are ready for pick up, I was excited. I was hoping to support a local, small business. But sadly, I can't recommend them. After a series of miscommunications I was charged $90 for an iMac 250GB hard drive replacement and instead I got a 40GB hard drive that doesn't work, no operating system installed, and a computer that is missing parts. Learned a lesson though, when bringing a product in for service, get everything in writing!
