I attended multiple PT sessions here for patellar tendonitis. I saw a different practitioner each time and quality of the sessions really varied. Also, the pricing was not consistent or transparent. The first three sessions cost between $100-200, but the 4th session was $400. I was shocked and asked why it was so expensive, and the physical therapist said that it was because we had done different exercises so it was billed differently. If you are able to go other location please do so. This location sent me to the wrong rehab specialist for the wrong body part that I didn't have surgery on. I had surgery on my rotorcuff and they scheduled me to see a hand specialist. And they didn't want to take responsibility for there actions I ask for a manger to give me a call I never received that called and I drove over 15 miles in pain to the St. Joseph location and they were nice enough to sneeze me in even doe I was scheduled for the wrong body part.
