The Drs are wonderful. I'm very pleased with the entire facility and the employees are professional and so courteous. This is a practice with the best Drs and Staff.
Dr. Claps and his staff are very professional and meticulous in the care of their patients. Dr. Claps explained the knee replacement surgery very well and every step of the process went smoothly. Dr. Claps uses the most up to date procedures, which resulted in a quicker and easier recovery than people I know who have had a conventional knee replacement. The staff was very responsive to questions and concerns and quickly responded to any issues. I will definitely use Dr. Claps for any future orthopedic needs I have.
I found Resurgens through my insurance provider. The great thing is they have multiple locations that provide care and treatment. I visited Dr. Raines who diagnosed my knee injury and recommended treatment. I am satisfied with my care. Some areas of improvement would be timeliness. I waited for long stretches of time to be seen by Dr. Raines, then after getting to the back room for service I waited long stretches again and on some visits he rushed through recommendations and was in a hurry to get out of the room.
