My husband and I were away from home on the evening of my birthday. I got a call from the police that a tree fell on our house. We had no idea what to do. Our son told us he knew a roofing company to call -Resurance LLC. I called Tom at Resurance the next morning and his partner, Rob, came right over. He helped us with the insurance company, got the tree cut up and hauled away and the roof covered. Rob handled everything! We soon had a new roof and gutters. I can't say enough good things about Resurance and it's people. Tony who talked with me and explained everything in detail and answered my 101 questions I had about the siding they put up. He had so much patience. The workers that came out and did my siding were totally amazing! Where I live it was cold (28 degrees) and snowy and they worked in it and it never slowed them down and when they cleaned up you could never tell they were ever there. My husband spoke with Rob Lutz the owner and he sent Tony out the next day to fix our patio door the customer experience I had was top notch and the knowledge that Tony had showed his expertise and knowledge .. I would recommend this company to anyone
Chris did a great job communicating. He went over everything with us including explaining the damage to our roof to choosing materials and keeping us updated on when they would come out to start the job. The roofers were all very nice and our new roof looks great.
Rob was very helpful in providing information and picking the correct materials. Resurance will go above and beyond the expected service level to do an outstanding job!
