I highly recommend Resultz gym. Has everything I need in a gym- lots of free weights, machines and exercise areas for functional movements. Matt is super welcoming and keen to offer advice when asked. He also posts a weekly AMRAP that is a good addition to my normal program. I much prefer this gym over one of the bigger chain gyms.
Pure strength gyms can be intimidating but I've always felt comfortable and can be myself at Resultz. The owner Mat is invested in his community - very knowledgeable, approachable, personable and supportive and makes his members feel at home. Great equipment and enough space for any kind of workout
Starting a gym experience can be scary, I’ve been very lucky to have the owner, Mathew, as my dad to help me navigate through getting started and how to commit. I have witnessed the time and effort he has put into this place and the care, dedication and detail he puts into all members and programs and it’s safe to say that no one does it better. Great gym, really enjoyed working with Mat, welcoming community and would still be there if not for change of circumstances. Highly recommend!!
