Started off with this gym in 2025 and they've come a long way with now semi-private sessions and that's the best thing that's happened in today's time. They are very caring in terms of nutrition and workouts. They will chase you down if you don't show up which is a good thing so you can get yourself back to the gym. The semi-private sessions have helped me with mobility and strength which I was struggling with. Ive been coming to Results for over a year and i finally joined the semi-private classes and i cant express how much its helped me with my form and getting stronger. Hailey my trainer is awesome keeps me on track, and very encouraging! My last Evolt scan i gained almost 12 pounds of muscle and lost 6.6 of body fat. I haven't felt this good in a long time!
