What an awesome place to start the beginning of the rest of your life. I have been at this gym since April doing the 20lb challenge and have lost 80 pounds. This program works if you stick to the plan and ready to make that life change. Coaches are awesome and so are the people you work out with. I have tried every program and diet and they never worked but this program does!!!

This place is amazing! I recommend it to all of my family and friends. I recently completed the six weeks challenge and lost a total of 21 pounds. It was not easy, but it was totally worth every dollar and time spent. I would day the hardest thing for me was following the diet. The first week was a struggle and I wanted to give up but after that it became a habit and I'm loving this new lifestyle. I do not want to go back to where I was before the challenge.

Best fitness program available in CA. Absolutely love the coaches, workouts and meal plans. I use to not be able to run and hate working out but now my body aches for it. It has given me a new outlook on life. Happier, healthier me.
