I worked with them for quit claim deeds back in May and it still has not been filed. A part of it is Baltimore City's drowsiness but this company also doesn't know how to stay on top of things. If you have a simple life and need to make it more complicated, I highly recommend this place.

I've had countless closings with Katie at Results Title. And my loyalty comes from the integrity and thoroughness that Katie has provided to me over 12 plus years. Many times they handle the problems before they arise. Today their doing a title review to make sure the foreclosing attorney did things correctly to alleviate any possible issues before I accept a contract. Hands down one of the best title companies in the DMV.
