This review is mainly for Greg, but first let me say the staff here is incredibly kind and hard working. Results isn't just a clever name but an identity. Every appointment I came to this office there wasnt a single staff member who wasn't dedicated to helping accomplish the mission for every patient in need. As one of the first patients for Riley Damiani, I can say she is really great! She’s understanding, knowledgeable, and very encouraging throughout the whole process. She made my exercises easy to understand and follow. I had great improvements after working with her!
Caroline and Gregg are amazing at what they do. As a healthcare professional, I feel my expectations can be harder to meet but they truly have been exemplary in the care they have provided. I would highly recommend this gem of a place, as the PT/OT staff have helped me strategically meet my goals in a welcoming and fun environment.
The atmosphere within this office is amazing but the billing is horrible. I have insurance and upon arrival I was given a paper stating different options and one of those was you pay at 100 percent in case your insurance doesn’t pay. I knew I hadn’t met my deductible so I selected that because I knew I would have to come out of pocket several sessions.
