If you are like me, you are a little nervous. As women, we truly don’t know enough about our bodies. We just aren’t told about Pelvic health! I have bladder prolapse and I indeed thought I was going to have to have surgery. Thank God for these ladies! I cannot tell you how smart they are about pelvic health. They absolutely love showing and telling you ways to take care of your core, and strengthen your pelvic floor. Meghan has helped me so much! She’s extremely kind and patient. I have a new pregnancy pain it seems every time I come in for therapy, she always has a plan of action and continues to tweak exercises and stretches to me if I feel like it isn’t it, until it is. I use the modifications she recommends when doing my exercises at home and always notice a difference! The issues I had when starting have decreased significantly! I recommend therapy to every woman I know who’s had or is having a baby.
I can’t recommend Result PT enough! Kat is simply the best! She took the time to understand my goals and worked with me to not only help me recover from postpartum challenges but gave me the knowledge and tools to empower me to continue my health journey after my time. The rest of the team is fantastic too! From the front desk to the techs… everyone made me feel at home and cared for every time I walked through the doors and were completely understanding on days I had to bring my baby with me.
