Our Technician Scott does a fantastic job with our monthly service and goes above and beyond. On his last visit he found Rattlesnake in one of bait boxes and relocated it. He always ask if we have any areas that need special attention. We highly recommend the monthly service we get and have recommended Results Pest to Friends that purchased a new home.
He is detailed. I Never have problems after Scottsdale has sprayed. Also, he is polite, cheerful, and intelligent.
The owner, Greg initially took my call. He was very kind and agreed to send his techs beyond their boundary to treat our home & garage for termites. They were great with communication, letting me know time, price & what to expect. Jason (and his partner) showed up on time, explained the process & got busy. They were very courteous & professional. Upon completion, they cleaned up & put everything back that had to be moved exactly as it was. Asked me if I had any questions before they left. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
