I would highly recommend Amy if you're considering any form of Hypnotherapy. Amy was tuned into exactly what was right for me in my two sessions. I started going to Amy Koford in June I did 5 sessions with her. I had some childhood trauma and was struggling with self confidence. I was skeptical at first but went in open minded.
