By far, the best place I’ve found to train both the body and mind for my 10-year-old boys. Coach Jon and Coach Maria are phenomenal. They understood exactly what I was looking for, and the results speak for themselves: my boys genuinely love working out here. It has done wonders for their confidence, discipline, and ability to protect themselves — and their old man! Great place! Flexible! My son loves it!
I am an older man and jon and his crew have helped me continue my routines so i can train injury free by altering certain exercises and adding the proper stretching routines to keep me in tip top shape. Appreciate it.
