It is deeply disappointing to have to write this comment. Anthony Kioussis has proven himself to be a strata manager who cannot be trusted. I have known Anthony for many years, and he is well aware of my strong stance on transparency and honesty. Despite this, he recently chose to align himself with a single owner on the strata committee and unilaterally commissioned a report without proper consultation. What Anthony did was unacceptable. It was a deceitful act that should never have occurred.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Completely useless, if they don't want to deal with an issue they just ignore your emails & phone messages. Their name is farcically ironic since they don't deliver results, try to avoid & drag things out in the hope you'll just give up out of frustration. In summary, totally unprofessional, be prepared to have to continually chase them up & still get no result. Avoid them at all costs!
Bad service, bad attitude, not serious work, don't know why this company exists.
Zac & his crew have provided us with exemplary services for over 10+ years, couldn't recommend them more highly.
Very responsive and respectable Strata company to deal with. Always helpful in sorting any issues.
