Utterly horrendous, inept outfit. I reported flooding in my apartment in January 2025. The flooding is ongoing today. The managing director (Zac Marshall) completely ignored NCAT orders for repairs and I was forced to go to a defended hearing to recover my lost rent and property damage. Absolutely useless lazy strata company. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Anthony is a lazy owner that doesn’t action or reply to emails. His new strata manager Chanelle is also absolutely lazy just forwarding your emails along. Patricia the Strata Compliance Manager can’t get the damn fire system right.
