I’ve come to this store since inception and supported enthusiastically for many years with consignment and purchases. Since I don’t live locally now, not so much, but every time I’m in Albany I make sure to stop by. Sadly, I’m really disappointed with the bougie high prices today. I’ve found many of the same items online for much less so I no longer want to shop here. Shitty customer service
I hate that I’m even leaving this mediocre review. I love the store. I love the people that work at the store. I’ve always felt welcome. Coming to drop off my consignments or just come to just to see what they’ve had or ask some questions but lately I haven’t felt as comfortable coming in because the new lady in charge doesn’t make me feel welcome I’ve never had her say hi to me.
