Shitty customer service
I hate that I’m even leaving this mediocre review. I love the store. I love the people that work at the store. I’ve always felt welcome. Coming to drop off my consignments or just come to just to see what they’ve had or ask some questions but lately I haven’t felt as comfortable coming in because the new lady in charge doesn’t make me feel welcome I’ve never had her say hi to me. Found some cute pieces when we stopped in before dinner one late afternoon. Left them there though, due to the horrendous customer service. It was so bad, I don't even think it can be called "horrendous customer service", I think you should have to speak a minimum of one word to your customer, to be rated on customer service.
