Rayanna does amazing work and is full of knowledge to educate her clients on their hair/scalp. She's also great for recommending products based on your hair type and situation. Great customer service as well.Â
I’m writing this review in hopes the owner improves her business. First, a lot of clients expect to relax when getting their hair done. It was very inappropriate of the owner to discuss sensitive topics of abuse and family trauma with someone she just met and doesn’t know their triggers. I felt very uncomfortable. Second, the shop looked messy, the client intro booklet was dusty and covered in hair, and the towels didn’t seem clean. This is a new review my daughter has remodeled and she’s coming back new improve, but she always does an awesome job even though I am her mother. She still gives me a red carpet treatment. I’m always satisfied a customer even though that’s my daughter. She rolls out the red carpet for me every single time she gets 100 on 100.
