Rayanna did an amazing job on my knotless braids!! You can really tell whether a stylist is doing hair simply because they need a side hustle and don't care about much else, or because they truly want to make their client feel beautiful. Rayanna has a gift. She was very inclusive during the appointment and asked for feedback every step of the way. I have thick, dense hair and am tenderheaded. Rayanna does amazing work and is full of knowledge to educate her clients on their hair/scalp. She's also great for recommending products based on your hair type and situation. Great customer service as well.

I’m writing this review in hopes the owner improves her business. First, a lot of clients expect to relax when getting their hair done. It was very inappropriate of the owner to discuss sensitive topics of abuse and family trauma with someone she just met and doesn’t know their triggers. I felt very uncomfortable. Second, the shop looked messy, the client intro booklet was dusty and covered in hair, and the towels didn’t seem clean.
