Would not answer phone nor would they return messages left
The salesman was nice and informative. However, he did not disclose the fact that all sales are final. I found this out after I bought a power chair and realized it didn’t fit in my hallways at home. The chair is nice and I love its light weight. I tried to return the chair to get something more practical for my home and the store policy prohibited that. The salesman pointed out the “All sales are final” signs scattered between the clutter on the store walls as a reference for no returns. I only wish he would have said that ... read more
