The salesman was nice and informative. However, he did not disclose the fact that all sales are final. I found this out after I bought a power chair and realized it didn’t fit in my hallways at home. The chair is nice and I love its light weight. I tried to return the chair to get something more practical for my home and the store policy prohibited that. Luan was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had everything in stock that I needed for my husband after his surgery.
My family uses this store. We totally recommend 100%. They have excellent and friendly service, and fair prices too! Their products are the best available and the staff have expert knowledge to help find solutions to any mobility problems.
I have made purchases at this store before, and each time I am treated like royalty! It is so refreshing to receive great customer service. The sales staff really know their products and were able to answer all of my questions. I am now making a new purchase here. I already know from past experience that service after the sale is outstanding. You can’t go wrong with this company.
