Lauren is incredibly talented and definitely one of the best in the Raleigh area. Came here for a neuromuscular massage after tension in my neck and shoulders started causing me intense headaches when I worked out. She took her time and really worked to relieve the tension in my body. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
Lauren is very professional. She listened to my concerns and concentrated on them. I felt better when I left, but I will be back!
Lauren is so aware and knowledgeable! I am thankful that we found her. I came in today with back and neck pain; I could barely move my head. After just an hour, Lauren helped me more than I've ever felt in a massage! I left being able to move my head in every direction without pain. It was shocking to me the amount of progress she made in sixty minutes! I will definitely be back.
