I’ve been to Lauren twice now and both times have had a neuromuscular massage. I’m a naturally tense person in my neck and shoulders but she was able to make me feel so much looser after both sessions. It’s clear she loves helping people and she is great at her job. Will definitely continue to make seeing her a priority going forward!

My 17 year old son plays in the marching band and he puts in long hours of practice, playing at competitions, games etc. With this his muscles tense up and get sore. Lauren has been so helpful with helping him. She is professional and personable. Her suite is so inviting and cozy. I highly recommend her.

Lauren has been a Godsend for me! I suffer from chronic pain and muscle spasms.
