All was well when I had a good nurse that left here. I have been under their care 7 months and Restoring Function has had trouble with keeping nurses on staff. Now they switched to a mobile blood service that did not inform me when they would be at my home (fasting). I contacted my PCP to get blood draws sent to Quest and promptly got a stopping of services from Restoring Function. They are no longer a reliable source for wound care. So many glowing reviews but can't accept their failures
Do NOT use this service if you want APS unfairly called on you. The home health nurse judged a situation based on false information an Alzheimer's patient told her. Family members were thorough and upfront with personnel about the level of self neglect this patient had, despite utilizing outside help, different medications and specialists and medical equipment to improve quality of life. Restoring Functions has the most knowledgeable staff of nurses ,hhaides as well. The most caring people I've met in the Healthcare field, I wouldn't be where I am without all of them. They treat me like family and I love them. Couldn't ask for better. R N nurse Ashley is like a daughter to me ,knowledgeable ,caring, immediate attention to any change in my health. You cant have s better team. That's the truth !!!
