Sewage Backup. Did a great job,but did not, as they said they would, call me on finishing to tell me what to do. They left windows wide open( a definite no no) and blamed me for not closing them. Of course if they had called me down, as they said they would, windows would be closed. Duh--- So 3 days with dehumidifier on, wasting electricity. They through away new shop vac in a box. Kristen said moter was wet?? A shop Vac upright in a box, in a quarter inch of water got moter wet. Why not be honest and say "our mistake". Nopr... read more

I had sewer back up twice. This company did all the clean up. They were very professional. They explained everything before they did the work. I am very grateful we have a company like this I will refer them and will have them back if this ever happens again. Thank you !!!
