I AM SHOCKED they have the rating they do. All the bad reviews you've read is true. It happened to us too. DO NOT get scammed by them! If anyone is thinking about working with them, please message me first. They still have our furniture and personal items in storage and ghosted us. They have never responded. I don't even know if they have our belongings anymore which includes my dogs ashes.

Dealt with a sudden overflow flood from a toilet resulting in unimaginable damage. Being overwhelmed, I couldn't have managed the cleanup and packing out of my house on my own. Simon came in and quickly had my nightmare under control by performing demo, water-mitigation, and the packing of my family's stuff.
