First I'd like to say that Ana was amazing! This whole home insurance experience was a nightmare but Ana has always been there guiding me and with me every step of the way. Ana really took the time to understand my situation and I am grateful for her excellent customer service. She has always gone above and beyond.
We wanted to compliment the team at Restorerz for its prompt work in remediating any potential long-term mold issues from a flood that damaged our entire first floor. Shortly after the flood, we called Restorerz and they were at our house promptly setting up fans, pumps and dehumidifiers throughout the entire first floor to ensure that no mold could grow. Literally a scam!! I have no idea how these guys are still in business and I will be reporting them to the BBB with proof of misconduct. It started when I felt tile lifting up in our bathroom and was worried about water damage/mold.
