We wanted to compliment the team at Restorerz for its prompt work in remediating any potential long-term mold issues from a flood that damaged our entire first floor. Shortly after the flood, we called Restorerz and they were at our house promptly setting up fans, pumps and dehumidifiers throughout the entire first floor to ensure that no mold could grow. Literally a scam!! I have no idea how these guys are still in business and I will be reporting them to the BBB with proof of misconduct. It started when I felt tile lifting up in our bathroom and was worried about water damage/mold. Sales rep Darien came over to look at it and pushed HARD for us to have this go through insurance. “Trust me, trust me… you’ll only pay your deductible and insurance will cover the rest. 99% this will be covered!” Well fast forward after we were told several times to lie to insurance about the so... read more

Steven, the inspector assigned to my property is punctual, very polite, and thorough. He answered all my questions and eased my apprehensions. I appreciate his honesty and transparency. I wish all inspectors are like him. He deserves more than 5 ⭐️
