I had the pleasure of working with Mike Britt on the restoration of my home after a toilet overflow caused damage upstairs and downstairs. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my concerns. My home project was assigned to a different manager who all of a sudden did not return. After 2.5 weeks I called Restore Pro and they referred me back to Mike Britt. Mike was very apologetic and quickly came back to my home to find out the status. Update: Buyer Beware I was told numerous times by my project manager that I had no worries about the work being done because I had a five year warranty. I had issues right away with the floor in my son's room. They did come and repair it but the issues continued with the LVP separating and planks popping up throughout the house. Mind you I am year and half to two years out - called the company. They sent someone out who agreed the floor was improperly installed.
