We have used serprov in the past and had a really bad experience with them. Then we called restorepro and they came to property promptly. Elaine and Reyna where very professional and very detailed. They explained every detail why and what we needed. We will continue to use RestorePro because of there customer service. Would recommend this company for all our properties if needed.

Jessica and her team were fantastic to work with. There was good communication on what to expect before the work was started. The finished repairs looked great and we were pleased with the work. All in all we had a good experience working with this company.

Horrible communication and customer service. The Manager, Deion scheduled us for last Friday. RestorePro did a no call no show and he completely stopped responding. The office put us in contact with their Operations Manager, Bonnie Aderholt who assured this would not happen again and gave us her personal contact. We decided to give them another chance since they have such great reviews. We were scheduled for yesterday. NOONE CAME, NOONE CALLED, BONNIE DID NOT RESPOND.
