Extremely slow service. They printed my shipping label 10 days ago and the package still hasn’t been picked up or dropped off to UPS. If I would have known it was going to take two to three weeks for something that should take 2 days I would have ordered elsewhere. I called and asked where my order was and they lied saying it was going out that day and here we are 3 days later and it still has not been dropped off or picked up by UPS. They also do not respond to any emails either. Do not order from this place.
First of all the people you talk to on the phone are very nice and they responded to my emails promptly. This is my complaint ,, the directions they give you to order the correct top for your pontoon , didn't match the product they send you !! When you order a top that measures 8’long and they send a top that measures 7’3” !! It does not fit correctly ,, the support legs will not connect the way they were designed to . Great service and very fast shipping at reasonable price.
They claim they had the wrong price for the product I ordered. They were happy to take my money and keep it for 4 days then tell me they want to charge me 4 times the price. No apology just extortion. Do not trust them!
