This review is long over due. In Nov. of 2023 my home caught fire. I called Mike at Restore Plus and he arrived before the fire company left which impressed the fire fire fighters. When we walked through the house after the fire was out Mike was there talking to me quietly letting me know what would be happening in the days ahead calming my nerves tremendously. Restore Plus to the rescue! We returned from vacation to two inches of water in our lower level. Michael, Karissa & crew were there in an hour to start cleaning up. We came home in the evening & they were there after business hours. Very impressive! The flooring was damaged along with a few items. Everything else was saved along with the 2" thick shag area rug ~ thanks to their other company ~ Rug Beaters. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! Restore Plus has been fantastic to work with and they made the entire process easy. When we discovered a sewage leak in our basement, they were out within just a few hours and the team got it cleaned up very quickly! They walked alongside of me for the entire process of dealing with insurance and all of the restoration needs. Their communication, service, and professionalism is exceptional. HIGHLY recommend Restore Plus.
Mike and his team were exceptionally responsive when we experienced severe water damage after a pipe burst this winter. We also had the pleasure of working with Karissa to rebuild. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend RestorePlus to others as well.
