Update* It's now been 7 months and I'm under my goal weight by about 10 pounds and maintaining. I get to eat more and stay at the same weight. No more swelling or inflammation. No more pain or discomfort. I'm more active and I've found a love of cooking that perpetuates my health. I'd definitely recommend seeing Dr. Wasson and learning how to eat to live. Update: Down over 70 pounds in 7 months. No more medications for Type II diabetes, hypertension, or irratic heart rhythms. Increased mobility and zero pain. So grateful I made the decision to try Dr. Wasson program. It has far exceeded my hopes and I recommend it to anyone looking to become more healthy.

Update: So pleased with my results to date. I have been on the program for 10 weeks. I have gained more mobility. I have lost 31 pounds and have been able to discontinue all of the blood pressure, heart and diabetes meds I have been on for 10 years. There were periods where I would not lose for a few days and Dr. Wasson was always able to look over my notes and adjust things to suit my individual needs. I can not recommend this program enough.
