As unpleasant as it was to wake up to a large kitchen water leak, Restored by Masters, Inc. streamlined the restoration process as much as we could have asked. Their professionals made themselves readily available for our questions, explained options, helped us understand insurance working, and followed up after job benchmarks. I appreciated their concern for our particular situation and would be glad to work with them again.

Restoration Master help us with a large water leak upstairs bathroom which damaged all the top floors and partially the walls, they arrived quickly and and tore out the wet floors and walls and the whole bathroom and assess the damage for mold (which there were none) and dried out the top floor! They were a great team of hard works very polite and came and did they job. Highly recommend this company.

We had the pleasure of working with Restored by Masters due to an unfortunate fire that caused smoke damage to our home. This company was very professional, they helped us with the cleanup and the repairs due to the fire and smoke damage. Not only did they take care of the damages but they did the work in a very quick and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.
