Jess is not temporarily closed. She has been doing shady business as usual. We gave her fabric for a tie and didn’t hear from her for months. About 6 months after we gave it to her (and paid in full) we simply asked for the fabric back. I dropped off my dress with Jess in September, had two fittings, and then she cancled my final fitting for a family emergency(understandable). However I have not been able to reach her since November when she canceled. But she posts on Facebook quite often, showing that she is actively working. But she has posted that she is not keeping normal business hours, so I can't even show up at her shop to demand my dress back.
