I dropped off my dress with Jess in September, had two fittings, and then she cancled my final fitting for a family emergency(understandable). However I have not been able to reach her since November when she canceled. But she posts on Facebook quite often, showing that she is actively working. But she has posted that she is not keeping normal business hours, so I can't even show up at her shop to demand my dress back.

Jess was wonderful to work with! I had a challenging request for her as my baby's sleepers needed their zippers altered to allow for monitor cords. Jess was able to make the necessary changes. I will definitely be bringing her more items in the future.

Jess is not temporarily closed. She has been doing shady business as usual. We gave her fabric for a tie and didn’t hear from her for months. About 6 months after we gave it to her (and paid in full) we simply asked for the fabric back. She refused to give it back and insisted that she was working on it. 2 months later after repeatedly contacting her, she explained that it was finished, but it would be another 2 weeks before we could meet up. Jess was outstanding. She took Big Bertha and made her fit perfectly 🥰 She was very good at communicating and listening to my comments and concerns. She knows her stuff and I am so glad I followed my gut to find my own seamstress then the one recommended to me!

I dropped off my bridesmaid dress the beginning of March, for a simple hem, and I did not get it back until the week of the wedding. I never heard from them or got any updates. The reason I got my dress is because the bride asked and picked it up for me. The dress had a seam coming lose when I received it and the hem was not what I was expecting.
