They were incredible. Restoreaze has some of the kindest and most professional staff I've ever seen. They've come to our house 3 times (it's a long story), and honestly every time has been great. We had water each time, but they worked with us and cleared it up quickly, efficiently, and with absolutely minimal damage to the home. HIGHLY recommended!

Five stars is not enough! Burst pipe Christmas Day! With an hours, Crystal‘s team shows up and begins removing hundreds of gallons of water. They were there every day on time thereafter. Respectful, proficient, Professional are only a few accurate descriptions. Their customer service Will go above and beyond Make the actual work and the insurance claim easier to navigate. RestoreEase His hands down the best company in our area providing these services. Thank you all so much.

I called for non-emergency service and the were at my house before end of day to take a look and give advice and a quote. The next morning they were on on-site to cleanup and were done by 11. They took care of everything. I paid through homeowners insurance and they worked with them directly.

So we had a flood on MLK day morning, woke up with water coming out of our light fixtures from upstairs. In a bit of a panic, I called RestorEAZE and on a holiday they were out quickly and immediately began getting things under control. During a stressful time, they were not only great at their jobs, but kept us informed and they were very helpful in helping us deal with such a mess.
