Their team handled everything professionally, were extremely thorough, arrived on time, and kept us updated with excellent communication the whole way. Outstanding work and attention to detail!
They were here very quickly in our need for water abatement in the lower level of our church building.
On a scale of 1 - 10 you were a 12! Your team was both professional and solicitous. Your detailed reports and color photos made it easy to deal with items that needed to be replaced and understand which items were coming back. Without that level of detail it would have been very difficult with the insurance company. The work in the house was exceptional. When your crew left the house was spotless. We miss seeing you!
Crystal from Restoreaze assigned Marissa and Caleb to do post fire clean up at our home after a fire. Crystal was very helpful and understanding during communication of this project. Marissa, the lead, was wonderful in all ways. She and Caleb worked very hard and efficient as well as being kind and helpful. They make a great team.
