Sarah is amazing at what she does. Since having oral cancer, my neck, jaw, and upper back area have been a mess. I was unable to lift my arms fully or open my mouth properly due to TMJ. Sarah worked her magic over the past year and I have actually been able to get back movement, even started working out again! And my jaw opening has improved by a few cm which is wild.
