Updated review: From 5 stars to 2. Dr. Cabrita was great when I was seeing her for about 2 years. However once my symptoms improved, she told me I no longer needed treatment despite having a chronic auto-inflammatory condition. It took me over a YEAR to be able to see her and I was finally able to live mostly pain free for those 2 years. Now it’s been a year since I last was able to see her and I’ve been forced to go off of work and live in chronic pain once again. Nobody answers the phones, and emails sometimes take weeks to receive a response. The clinic seems very disorganized. Even if you are already a patient there, it can still take months to get an appointment with a physiatrist. Communication and access to care need significant improvement.
I have been going to this clinic for about 2 years now for multiple ICBc accidents . staff are great and the practitioners are top notch. They are very patient when I have to bring my 6 old with me for treatments a flexibility I didnt find elsewhere and that is why I moved to this clinic. Clinical staff are very knowledgeable and take their time with me to work thru my various injuries and even getting me in last minute super flexible as I’m a busy mom. Would recommend to anyone. I have been seeing Dr. Ho for many years for trigger point injections following a car accident 11 years ago, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about her.
