I went in with a shoulder I could barely move. I could not reach my arm behind my back for 8 months and after one 30 minute RAPID session, I can move my arm more freely, reach better behind my back, and with less pain overall. Emily is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and super nice! After every movement, she checks in with you to make sure you're ok, which I really appreciate! Don't hesitate to make Emily your therapist, She will fix you up!

Emily’s post op lymphatic massages made a huge difference in my recovery. She is so talented! I would have gone everyday if I could. She is very gentle and has such a peaceful, loving energy.
