I first met Lisa when I was dealing with arm and shoulder pain for about 6 months. After 2 months of PT and no relief, I sought her out for a therapeutic massage. It was not a “relaxing” massage, it was a healing massage and I was shocked that a few days later, the pain was gone. She is a miracle worker and will always be my first call for future needs. She also has an in-office sauna that I use regularly and I’m so grateful to have a welcoming and affordable place to support my physical and mental wellbeing!
Lisa is the best! She's been helping me manage hip and knee pain as I prepare for my first ultra marathon. Her work has been crucial in helping me recover in order to get all of my training in. Highly recommend her to any athletes to boost their recovery and keep them doing what they love!
