Just met with Bionic in Hickory, NC and can say had excellent experience with Drew Humann. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional as he fully explained what was lacking in my current orthotic, tested my current one which was failing, and custom fashioned my old one into an extremely supportive device that elevates my arch and relieved the extreme pain off of the balls of my feet, creating a pain free walking experience!
