I rarely post negative reviews, but I can't let this one go. If you are looking for compassion or excellence, this isn't the place. Sometimes bad things happen before surgery and it gets cancelled. If it does, they might get to you in 3 months and you go on a wait list. My cardiac didn't go through in time. I'm not sure if it because I'm relying on insurance, but it is how you handle a bad circumstance that makes a patient feel wanted. They didn't help GET the cardiac clearance.
