Working with Dr. Mary was exactly what I was looking for! I came to her with exercise induced pain in my hip and she worked with me to rehab the pain while simultaneously helping me to strengthen and learn best practices for mobility. The goal was never strictly PT but to continue to improve my performance and she did just that. Now that I have finished my sessions with Dr. Mary, I can successfully say that I have the information I need as far as strengthening and stretching to ensure a pain free future!
For quite some time I have struggled with upper back pain. Before I met Amanda, I had done every type of PT and even used medicine for the nerve pain. Dr. Mary Keough and Restore PT are fantastic! The facility is well equipped, clean, easy to get to and has good parking. Mary is prompt, knowledgable and communicates clearly so I understand not only what's wrong but how to make it right. I cannot recommend her enough!
