I had an excellent experience with Restoration One after a small fridge leak led to our entire downstairs floor being replaced. The company (and our contact, Tripp, in particular) was fantastic-- they thoughtfully worked us through the process of getting our home back in shape- always on time, communicative, thoughtful, and customer focused. I couldn't have asked for a better experience- we felt like they were true professionals and would recommend them with confidence to anyone who might need them!

Do NOT use!! Completely destroyed my condo without permission. After Hurricane Michael they came in to assess damages on the property. It wasn’t until 20 days later that they came to my unit and asked to assess it. I came back two days later to all the Sheetrock taken out. I had already had it assessed by a different, trust-worthy company and they said there was no water damage. DO NOT USE!
