I was really looking forward to my appointment at Restore Muscle Therapy, as I was in urgent need of help with pain management. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The online booking system showed very limited availability, and it was already difficult to rearrange my own work schedule just to fit into the only time Chris had available. Chris made mistake and double booked my follow up appointment. He moved my appointment to a different time which I noted when a confirmation text came through, 2 confirmation texts were received, these texts do not require a response confirming attendance. I changed a work shift to accommodate the change of appointment time. When I hadn't responded to an individual text message from him about the change, he cancelled my appointment and told me to find a new therapist.
