I have never been to a massage therapist before, but I am very happy Allysia was my first! She explained this was not a relaxing massage, and would bring relief over time. I will definitely return.

Really great client focused care! I was so happy that Allysia listened and asked me what I would like the massage/treatment to address so that the time I spent with her was well used. She had great suggestions for stretching afterward. I will definitely be going back even if just for maintenance care.
