Customer service is not a priority at this place. The person that came to clean my carpets was less than friendly, but that was the least of it. I moved all of my furniture out of the way except one love seat, which is fine, I do that every time I get a cleaning. The cleaning went fine, the RestoreIt person moved the love seat to make sure everything was cleaned, but he did not put anything under the love seat.
