Customer service is not a priority at this place. The person that came to clean my carpets was less than friendly, but that was the least of it. I moved all of my furniture out of the way except one love seat, which is fine, I do that every time I get a cleaning. The cleaning went fine, the RestoreIt person moved the love seat to make sure everything was cleaned, but he did not put anything under the love seat. WORST COMPANY EVER... the guy did NOTING but complain from the minute he got here until he left. Was LIED to about SO many things... DO NOT EVER USE!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business. We were given a four hour window in which they would arrive. Our window was between 10 and 2PM. We called at 1pm to see when we would could expect them and were told we would still get a 30 minute notice but they were unsure of their exact arrival. At 1:41pm we were called and told they were 15 to 20 minutes away. At 2:10pm we were called again and told they were still 15 to 20 minites away. I had my carpet cleaned on a Saturday. The young man was very pleasant but in a huge hurry. he cleaned over 2300 square feet in about an hour, of course he only moved a few pieces of furniture. When he was done he asked if everything looked OK, and I didn't see anything unusual, it is white carpet and when it is wet it all looks a little brown.
