I had the greatest experience at Restore! Great people, great place!
This place admitted that they value certain patrons over others. Being the only person of color who was treated differently for pointing out laws being broken, I thought the manager would realize that and address the issue. As you can see in the responses, they dug into their discrimination, hence a discrimination investigation now being underway. Restore is amazing!! I’ve had a few cryo and sauna sessions at the Lincoln park location and all have been lovely. I love the cryo for quicker recovery and avoiding muscle soreness after a hard run. The sauna has been so nice for relaxing during a rest day and they have really comfortable shower spaces for afterwards fully stocked with nice shampoo and conditioner! The staff is kind, knowledgeable and attentive, the amenities are all clean and the services leave me feeling refreshed I will definitely be back here!
